We want you to love your experience with Guestlist Beauty + Skin. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Eligibility

Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, all items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned

  • Gift cards and promotional items are final sale

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@guestlistbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale or purchased during promotional events are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Allergic Reactions & Sensitivity

Individual skin reactions vary. We strongly recommend reviewing ingredient lists and performing a patch test before use. Refunds will not be issued for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
